Where Environment and Health Intersect
As a Chronic Illness & Environmental Health Consultant, I aim to help clients identify lifestyle and environmental factors that may be contributing to chronic symptoms and exacerbating conditions like EDS, MCAS, hypermobility, POTS, ME/CFS, post-COVID and dysautonomia.
The focus is on individualized support and improving day-to-day functionality, resilience and overall quality of life.
Mold, toxin exposure and viruses like COVID often ruin connective tissue, trigger mast cells and autoimmune conditions and hamper mitochondrial pathways which in turn enables the emergence of ME/CFS. My approach is therefore suited for individuals navigating complex chronic symptoms, environmental sensitivities, mold illness or complex healthcare experiences who are seeking an individualized and systems-oriented perspective.
My work is shaped by both professional and lived experience, with a particular interest in the relationship between environment and toxin exposure, nervous system regulation, and long-term health. I aim to offer thoughtful, individualized support that considers the broader context of health and day-to-day life.
I have personally evaluated housing and accommodation environments across a dozen European countries, gaining practical insight into how building conditions, ventilation, moisture issues, renovation practices, and indoor environments can vary between locations.
With a background in healthcare development, medical writing, and public policy, my approach is grounded in analysis, pattern recognition, and sustainable change.
The Three Pillar Framework
A chronological review of symptom development alongside environmental exposures, infections, stressors, and major life events to identify meaningful patterns and possible contributing factors.
Assessment of how indoor environments, lifestyle patterns, nervous system load, sleep, routines, and everyday exposures may influence chronic symptoms, functionality, and overall well-being.
Practical and sustainable guidance tailored to each individual’s circumstances, with a focus on improving resilience, day-to-day functioning, and quality of life over time.
